We purchased our first Labrador in 1992. Roxanne left us at 14 1/2 years old. She was a very inportant part of our family. Roxanne started our education in the dog world. We have concentrated over the years on building a quality kennel to take us forward for many years to come.
We are located in the Lakes Region part of NH. Our dogs and puppies are family raised in our home. All of our dogs have their hip and elbow certifications thru OFA and their eyes are certified annually by CERF.
We take great pride in the generations we have produced at Old Province Labradors. We put careful thought, research and planning into our litters. Our puppies are bred to be great companions.We have produced puppies who are competitive in Conformation, Obedience, Hunting, and Flyball.
We sell all of our puppies on AKC Limited registration. Which means they are sold as companion quality dogs and are not sold for breeding. We encourage family visits during the 4-8 week ages. We feel this helps in growth. All of our puppies are sold with a Contract, NH Health Certificate, and a Puppy pack which includes all the information on the parents and the puppies as they have grown over the 8 weeks in our care. Working in the veterinary field I focus on expanding our knowledge daily. We make ourselves available for questions or guidance.
Over the years I have had the good fortune to work under a top Labrador breeder who taught me the true Labrador type and temperament. I worked under and with professional handlers who would teach me about the conformation ring. We continue to actively compete in the conformation ring.
We are active members of The Labrador Retriever Club of Greater Boston and the Merrimack Valley Kennel Club.
Our stud dogs are available to approved females only.
