Welcome to Old Province Labradors!

My name is Meredyth, and I am the owner of Old Province Labradors in New Hampshire. My passion for Labrador Retrievers began long before I could remember. Old Province Labradors was originally established by my parents in the 1990s, and I am honored to continue that legacy with the same commitment to producing healthy, versatile, and loving companions.

Growing up surrounded by Labradors shaped who I am. They have always been more than pets—they are family members, training partners, adventure companions, and an important part of my everyday life. Today, I share my home with my dogs, who are raised as members of the family and are involved in everything from daily adventures to training and competition.

Outside of my kennel, I work as a veterinary technician while pursuing my education in veterinary technology. My background in veterinary medicine gives me a deeper understanding of canine health, structure, nutrition, and preventative care. That knowledge influences every breeding decision I make, with the goal of producing puppies that are healthy, sound, and capable of thriving in a variety of homes.

My dogs actively participate in agility and other performance activities, demonstrating the intelligence, athleticism, and versatility that make Labrador Retrievers such an incredible breed. Whether a puppy grows up to compete in dog sports, become a hunting partner, serve as a therapy or service dog, or simply be a beloved family companion, I strive to give every puppy the best possible start in life.

At Old Province Labradors, I believe responsible breeding begins long before a litter is born. Every breeding is thoughtfully planned with careful consideration of health testing, temperament, structure, and pedigree. My goal is to preserve the Labrador Retriever while producing dogs that embody the breed’s hallmark qualities: intelligence, kindness, trainability, and an eagerness to please.
